Nature School of Fairview

Project Outline:

Nature School of Fairview is private primary & elementary school for children ages 3-9 years old. They incorporate nature into everyday learning and value the freedom of outdoor play and exploration. Their philosophy is comprised of borrowings from Waldorf, Reggio Emilia and Montessori. They focus as strongly on physical and mental well-being as they do on academic pursuits. It has been defined as "an inspirational process that offers children, young people and adults’ regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence through hands-on learning in a woodland environment".
